What they need
The Accounting Assistant is responsible for supporting the company's daily accounting operations by processing, recording, and reconciling financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, collections, and cash management. The role also ensures that all financial processes comply with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements while providing support to the Finance and Accounting team to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year course, preferably BS Accountancy or related field
- With at least 1 year of experience in disbursement, accounts payable, or general accounting functions
- With experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or operations-driven industry is an advantage
- Familiar with banking processes and accounting systems, preferably SAP or similar ERP platforms
