About the Role

We’re hiring an Accounting Assistant to support basic accounting tasks, financial procedures, and reporting. This role is ideal for detail-oriented, organized individuals who are proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word) and eager to grow in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recording and posting journal entries, vouchers, and other accounting transactions.
• Help prepare and maintain financial documents, reports, and supporting schedules.
• Support accounts payable/receivable processes, including monitoring and follow-up.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate and organized files (physical and digital) in line with company procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of documents and reports.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Finance/Accounting team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or any related course.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience is an advantage; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and strong in time management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and able to work with minimal supervision.

Pay: Php700.00 - Php800.00 per day

Work Location: In person
