Accounting Assistant

Key Responsibilities

·         Process disbursement transactions, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation

·         Prepare and maintain accounting schedules to support monthly and annual reporting

·         Perform monthly bank reconciliation and other accounting functions, including preparing journal entries and analyzing general ledger balances

·         Assist in the processing, recording and validating accounting transactions

·         Assist in gathering data and documents in relation to audit

·         Maintain proper filing of disbursement vouchers and supporting documentation for audit readiness

·         Perfom other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned by the Accounting Head

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, or a related field

·         Preferably with 1-3 years of accounting experience

·         Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail

·         Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

·         Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word

·         Can work on-site 5 days/week in Ayala, Makati City

·         Willing to start ASAP
