Accounting Assistant

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT | JOIN OUR TEAM!

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about accounting? We’re looking for an Accounting Assistant who can help keep our financial records accurate, organized, and up to date.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Record and post accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Prepare and process invoices, expenses, payments, and journal entries
• Maintain organized collection and disbursement files
• Prepare and file income tax returns and BIR requirements
• Handle transactions and concerns related to BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG
• Assist with year-end audits by preparing and providing required documents and reports
• Maintain accurate accounting records and files
• Provide clerical and administrative support to management

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy
• At least 2 years of general accounting experience in a related field
• Preferably a resident of Muntinlupa, Las Piñas, or nearby areas
• Basic knowledge of accounting laws, principles, and procedures
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and record-management systems
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to complete tasks accurately and on time
• Teachable and willing to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is an advantage
