What they need
- Preparation of Monthly Sales Invoice
- Maintains the General Ledger and responsible in bookkeeping
- Compliance and business permits
- Preparation of tax return
- Prepare daily income / sales and prepare daily journal entry.
- Handles communications with clients and suppliers via phone, email and in-person
- Compile monthly reports.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules.
- Assist in audits, fact checks and resolve discrepancies
- Provides support to the Accounting Department
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor's degree in BS - Accountancy.
- CPA is an advantage with at least 2 years of work experience.
- Should have strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must have the ability to multi-task
