As part of an aggressive and growing company, you will support our Finance Department in performing daily accounting duties.

Your job responsibilities are: 

• Performing accounting function including AR, AP, Petty Cash, GL and bank reconciliation.
• Assisting in daily administrative support including expenses reimbursement transactions, approval processing, accounting documentation, recording and filing.
• Assisting in month-end closing and preparing month-end schedules.
• Preparing monthly reports and analysis.
• Coordinating with internal departments and external parties, such as auditors and tax representatives, as required.
• Any other accounting related matters or ad-hoc assignments as required.

• Diploma holder or above in Accounting, with LCCI intermediate or above qualification
• At least 2 years' related work experience
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, preferably with relevant experience using Flex Accounts System and Oracle/Hyperion software
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player with positive attitude and strong motivation
• Honest, responsible, hardworking, and attentive to details
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate availability is an advantage
