Accounting Assistant | Logistics & Operations Industry | Up to $3k
Key Responsibilities:
- Support billing and invoicing, ensuring accurate and timely billing of completed jobs.
- Assist with AR follow-ups, payment reminders and ageing reports, as well as AP invoice processing.
- Verify job details, pricing and supporting documents for billing accuracy.
- Maintain financial records in accounting systems such as Xero and resolve billing discrepancies with internal teams.
- Opportunity to grow into broader AR/AP and finance responsibilities.
Requirements:
- O Level or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related fields
- Experience with Xero or other accounting software is an advantage
- Meticulous, organized and comfortable working with numbers
- Willing to learn and take on broader finance responsibilities
