- Compliance: Ensure adherence to Philippine OSH Standards, DOLE regulations, and international best practices.
- Training & Awareness: Conduct safety orientations, toolbox talks, and promote a strong safety culture.
- Inspections & Audits: Perform daily site surveys, safety inspections, and act as an internal auditor.
- Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents, near-misses, and property damage, reporting findings and recommending corrective actions.
- Documentation: Prepare Safety Inspection Reports (SIRs), maintain safety records, and ensure proper completion of permits and forms.
