Accounting Assistant

SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prepares, records, and monitors accounting transactions including vouchers, billings, petty cash liquidations/reimbursements, and receivables in accordance with accounting SOPs, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
2. Provides accounting and financial support by assisting in budgeting, cost analysis, product costing, inventory of company assets, preparation of Statements of Account, and maintenance of orderly accounting files.
3. Ensures compliance with company policies and accounting procedures and performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Graduate of Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, or any related Business courses.
• Preferably with at least two (2) years of experience in general accounting functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possesses strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Dynamic, analytical, and results-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
