Accounting Assistant

Logistics company is looking for an Accounting Assistant with experience in general accounting and English proficiency, which is essential for workplace communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in general accounting and/or as an Accounting Assistant.
• Experience handling journal entries, income, expenses, payments, and collections.
• Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable (AP/AR).
• Bank reconciliations and discrepancy analysis.
• Knowledge of CFDI 4.0, VAT, and income tax (ISR).
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems and intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of financial statements and Mexican tax regulations.
• English proficiency is essential
• Organization, attention to detail, and accuracy.

• Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)

Experiencia:

• Contabilidad general y como asistente contable: 2 años (Obligatorio)
• Ccuentas por pagar y cuentas por cobrar: 2 años (Obligatorio)
• Conciliaciones bancarias y análisis de diferencias: 2 años (Obligatorio)
• Facturación electrónica CFDI 4.0 y cálculo de IVA e ISR: 2 años (Obligatorio)
