You'll be responsible for:

• Managing invoicing, supplier payments, and reconciliations

• Spotting mismatches between supplier invoices and what was actually agreed

• Getting to grips with the pricing quirks of the markets we operate in, so every client proposal is accurate and every booking stays profitable.

• Handling client billing questions with clarity, patience, and professionalism

• Owning your part of the finance operation autonomously

Requirements for this position:

• 2 years' experience minimum in accounting or finance

• Comfortable working independently across multiple systems

• Sharp attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• Ability to manage rising transaction volumes while staying accurate under pressure

• Location: Remote in Singapore - Monday to Friday 4:00 PM  to 1:00 AM SGT (summer) and 5:00 PM  to 2:00 AM SGT (winter)

Joining our team offers a variety of benefits:

• Salary range: SG$2500 - SG$3500/ month

• Work remotely from Singapore

• Language Learning Support: up to 12 hours of subsidised language learning sessions

per calendar year

• Professional Coaching: access to 10 professional coaching sessions per calendar year

• Annual performance bonus
