Accounting Assistant

Velprint Corporation is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Prepare and maintain accounting records and financial documents
• Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements
• Handle accounting data entry and reconciliation
• Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel
• Assist with BIR compliance, tax-related documents, and requirements
• Review and verify accounting transactions and supporting documents
• Assist in maintaining accurate and organized financial records
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• STRICTLY BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN ACCOUNTANCY (BSA) GRADUATE
• With at least 1 year of relevant accounting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledgeable in BIR requirements and tax compliance
• Knowledgeable in Financial Statement preparation
• Familiar with basic accounting and bookkeeping principles
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work on-site

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday
8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Education

Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) – Required

Experience

At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience – Required
