ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

About the role

Coronado Lanes, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our finance team on a full-time basis in Makati City, Metro Manila. As an Accounting Assistant, you will provide essential support to our accounting department, assisting with day-to-day financial operations and contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of our financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing and reconciling bank statements.

• Processing and recording financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.

• Data entry and maintenance of financial records in accounting systems.

• Assisting with general ledger maintenance and journal entry preparation.

• Responding to inquiries from internal departments regarding financial information

• Supporting the audit process by compiling and organising requested documentation

• Filing and organising financial documents and ensuring proper documentation

• Assisting senior accounting staff with ad hoc financial tasks and projects

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office suites;

• Numerical and analytical skills with great attention to detail;

• Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices;

• Organisational abilities and the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively;

• Written and verbal communication skills;

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members;

• Commitment to confidentiality and data security; and

• Fresh Graduates are welcome.
