About Us

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our finance operations, ensuring accurate expense recording, supplier coordination, and timely compliance.

The Role

As our Accounts Assistant, you will:

• Record daily expenses in ZohoBooks, track petty cash, and organize receipts.
• Verify and process supplier invoices and online payments.
• Reconcile petty cash and update weekly expense reports.
• Assist in payroll preparation and coordinate with bookkeeping partners.
• Ensure monthly expenses, utilities, and compliance filings are handled on time.
• Communicate with suppliers, service providers, and bookkeepers regarding payments and reports.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance assistance.
• Proficient with accounting software (experience with ProfitBooks is a plus).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy in handling funds.
• Strong in communication and coordination with teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply.
