2. Job Objective

To effectively assist or support a supervisor/manager in accounting tasks such as taxation, bookkeeping, cash flow accounting, reconciliation of accounts and ERP implementation.

3. Key Accountabilities

BIR Compliance (taxation)- Preparing tax returns, ensuring compliance with BIR rulings and deadlines for filing

**Bookkeeping (Journal Entry)-**Recording of journal transactions

**Bank Reconciliation-**Matching cash records with bank statements

**Cash Position Report-**Accounting of cash inflows and outflows

**ERP Implementation-**Assisting in system set-up and training staff on usage

4. Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Educational Attainment:
College Graduate with BS in Accountancy or BSC major in Financial Accounting

Work Experience:
With 2–3 years relevant work experience

Minimum Qualifications/Skills:
Knowledgeable in MS Office applications especially Microsoft Excel

Required License, Trainings taken if any:
Recent training on EOPT LAW
