ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to support our Accounting team in processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with reconciliation and month-end accounting activities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and process RPOs for loan releases, supplier payments, and other disbursements
• Record collectibles and accurately post payments
• Maintain accurate, complete, and organized accounting records and supporting documents
• Perform month-end reconciliation of accounts
• Prepare journal entries as assigned
• Coordinate with branches regarding accounting and work-related concerns
• Assist in monitoring and validating accounting transactions and records
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the Accounting Supervisor/Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (BS Accountancy)

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Knowledge or experience in SAP Business One is required

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly:

  • VLOOKUP
  • Pivot Tables

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial transactions

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good analytical and organizational skills

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced accounting environment
