We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounting Assistant who will support the Accounting Department in managing daily accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial records.

Role Overview
We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to manage the company’s general accounting and financial processes. You will handle daily accounting tasks, including preparing tax documents, updating expense files, posting transactions to the general ledger, and ensuring accuracy in all financial records.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide accounting and clerical support to the Accounting Department
• Prepare, organize, and maintain accounting documents and financial records
• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and financial statements
• Perform account reconciliation and assist in resolving discrepancies
• Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system
• Assist in preparing tax-related documents and reports
• Monitor, track, and verify accounting documentation
• Support internal departments regarding accounting-related concerns
• Prepare reports and summaries for management review

QUALIFICATIONS

✅ Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BS Accountancy)

✅ With 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance operations
✅ Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles and financial procedures
✅ Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
✅ Good organizational and analytical skills
✅ Responsible, trustworthy, and willing to learn
