About the role
Private equity company looking for Accounting Assistant with relevant experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and bank reconciliation.
- Handle payment activities such as preparing cheques and handling online banking.
- Assist in monthly and annual closing processes.
- Support external audits and tax filing preparations.
- Provide general clerical and administrative support.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports as required.
About you
- Higher Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- 3-4 years of audit/accounting experiences.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
- Good Knowledge in MS office and Chinese word processing.
