What they need
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support daily business operations in a fast-paced environment. This role will primarily focus on administrative and accounting support, including data entry, customer invoicing, accounts payable and receivable assistance, credit card reconciliations, vendor communications, recordkeeping, and general office administration. The ideal candidate is dependable, proficient with computers, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working independently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in all aspects of the position. Experience with bookkeeping, accounting software, transportation, construction, or related industries is a plus.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
