Accounting Assistant

Job Summary

The Accounting Assistant provides administrative and accounting support to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations. This role assists with recording financial transactions, maintaining accounting records, processing invoices and payments, preparing reports, and supporting the accounting team with daily bookkeeping activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in accounting systems.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, vouchers, and payment requests.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Verify and reconcile invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting files and records.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and schedules.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
• Assist with payroll-related accounting tasks when required.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
• Assist with tax documentation and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments regarding financial transactions.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Pay: Php18,070.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
