What they need
- Perform duties as petty cash custodian which includes preparation of cash vouchers, releasing of cash for employee's reimbursements & advances, and replenishment of petty cash fund.
- Check and validates cash advance, reimbursements, and liquidations of cash advance
- Performs liquidations of advances to employees and advances to suppliers.
- Weekly reconciliation of Advances to Employees-For Liquidation with Treasury Department.
- Perform account analysis involving Advances to Employees- For Liquidation
- Prepare and generates cash receipts book regularly.
- Perform other accounting duties as the needs arise
