About the role
Tulua Key Wellness Group is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountanting Assisrant to strengthen our financial controls and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and file monthly BIR returns and other tax requirements
- Prepare monthly financial and general accounting reports
- Manage budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and expense analysis
- Maintain accurate books, reconciliations, and supporting documents
- Monitor accounts payable, receivables, payroll, and branch expenses
- Coordinate with management and external auditors
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong experience in BIR compliance and monthly reporting
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and accounting software
- Organized, analytical, accurate, and trustworthy
- Experience in multi-branch retail, spa, café, or service operations is an advantage
