What they need
Responsibilities:
Manage Cash Receipt Register & Accounts Receivable Subsidiary Ledger and ensure that records are reconciled with General Ledger (Includes Encoding of Cash Receipt/Payment Transactions to Accounting System).
Upload/Encode other transactions related to Accounts receivables.
Assist in preparation of Bank Reconciliation
Assist in HR Related functions (Payroll, Employee's Employment Contract Monitoring and other HR Related duties )
Qualifications:
- A Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any Business related course
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and other related Accounting Software.
- Highly Analytical, with excellent attention to details and ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time under pressure
- Has good interpersonal & communication skills and ability to write business correspondence.
- Can start immediately
