What they need
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Monitoring of outstanding receivables.
- Checking of transmittal liquidation per specified cutoff.
- Checking of claims/ disputes.
- Preparation of SOA/ specified summary of liquidation per cutoff.
- Preparation of monthly profit and loss report.
- Reconciliation of semi-monthly payout from summary report.
- Monitoring of consigned products.
- Checking of agents' allowance/ commission on a weekly basis.
- Manage/monitor collections.
- Monitoring of stock movement including defective and replacement of products.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Hard worker, fast learner and willing to work beyond normal office hours.
- Monday to Friday work schedule.
- Two (2) full time available positions.
- Willing to assign in Quezon City.
