Accounting Assistant

JOB SUMMARY

• Audit Daily Transactions of Stores Handled
• Analytical with Findings of Inventory, Cash Overages & shortages
• Knowledgeable about Client / Customer Service / Concerns
• Knowledgeable about POS and Operational process
• Ability to work under pressure, remain calm, and effectively calm others during rapidly changing circumstances
• Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments within the company
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Accounting Technology, or related field
• Open to fresh graduates
• Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Willing to work on-site in East Grace Park, Caloocan City
