What they need
We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to perform mulit-faceted accounting tasks that will support our financial team. The accounting Assistant responsibilities vary from daily recording and transactions to monthly internal billing and assisting the Controller on projects.
Responsibilities
- Enter invoices into QuickBooks and pay bills by credit card, online payments or checks
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Issue invoices to related companies for cost allocations
Skills
- Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks is required
- Entry of invoices, payments, credits, and debits, and maintaining general ledger in QuickBooks.
- General ledger and accounts payable experience preferred
- Strong computer skills. Ability to work with a team and communicate well
- Reliability is very important

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
