Accounting Assistant

• Monitor and record daily operating expenses and disbursements.
• Prepare and process payments for government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG).
• Assist in the preparation and filing of government reports and compliance requirements.
• Reconcile accounts, statements, and financial transactions.
• Maintain organized accounting records, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Monitor payment schedules, due dates, and government remittances.
• Prepare expense reports and financial summaries.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accountancy or any related business course, or College Level with relevant accounting experience.
• With experience in monitoring expenses, disbursements, and government-mandated payments and reports.
• Knowledgeable in SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG compliance processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willing to be assigned in Dasmariñas, Cavite.
• Can start ASAP

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
