Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Assistant located in Alhambra, CA. The Accounting Assistant will support the finance team in managing financial transactions, maintaining accounting records, assist with bookkeeping, process financial statements, and work with accounting software. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with accounting practices and providing administrative support as needed.

• Capability in recording and maintaining accurate records
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Food CPG products
• Experience using accounting software such as ARP or NetSuite
