Accounting Assistant

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting or relevant disciplines (e.g. LLC Level 2 or above)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications in particular MS-Word and MS-Excel
• Knowledge in Flex system is a plus
• Strong organisational, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience will be an advantage
• Fresh graduate will also be considered

Job Description:

• Perform routine accounts receivable functions
• Processing and recording transactions
• Prepare monthly statements and aging reports
• Handle trade products such as LC issuance and import LC documents
• Assist in month end closing process
• Perform ad hoc assignments and other duties as required
