Accounting Assistant

We are a fast-grow accounting firm looking for an accountant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Canadian personal (T1), corporate (T2) and (T3) trust tax returns
• Full-cycle accounting
• Handling pre- and post- assessment reviews inquired by the CRA
• Tax accounting including the preparation of quarterly and yearly tax reconciliations

Qualifications:

• Quick learner with ambitions to learn and grow
• 0-6 month of work experience in accounting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong work ethic, diligent, committed and able to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment and produce work that demonstrates attention to detail;
• Ability to develop business relationships with clients and provide professional judgement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

• Bachelor's Degree (required)

Experience:

• accounting: 1 year (preferred)
