Accounting Assistant

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Location: Carmona Race Track, Carmona, Cavite

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to support our accounting and finance operations at Carmona Race Track. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and preparing accounting documents and reports.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in recording daily financial transactions and maintaining accurate accounting records.

* Prepare and organize vouchers, invoices, receipts, and other supporting documents.

* Assist in monitoring cash receipts, disbursements, and daily collections.

* Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of accounting information.

* Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

* Reconcile cash balances and financial records as assigned.

* Monitor and organize accounts payable and accounts receivable documents.

* Assist in checking and verifying expenses and liquidation reports.

* Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.

* Perform other accounting-related duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

* Graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management, or any related course.

* With experience in accounting or a similar position is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

* Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles and practices.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

* Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling numerical data accurately.

* With good communication and organizational skills.

* Trustworthy, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

* Willing to work on-site at Carmona Race Track, Carmona, Cavite
