Accounting Assistant

Good Eats Specialists Inc., a subsidiary of Rustan's Group of Companies, seeking a Accounting Assistant to support Finance team with day-to-day financial operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and processing of financial transactions and accounting records.
• Prepare, verify, and reconcile invoices, receipts, reimbursements, and other financial documents.
• Record journal entries and update accounting systems accurately and timely.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and government regulations.
• Maintain and update accounting records and monitoring logs
• Coordinates with other department or external partners for confirmation and reconciliation of data
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Makati
