Accounting Assistant

Filing of Bank Statements, Vouchers and other accounting files.

Encoding of Petty Cash Expenses

Record and track expense reports (reimbursement and liquidation of advances)

Handling other office tasks, generating reports and presentations.

Assists the Accounting Department, the Accounting Manager, and other team members

Performs journal entries for company transactions;

Reconcile intercompany transactions monthly

Assist in periodic internal and external audits

Assist in the Preparation of Consolidated BIR forms/reports for VAT and Expanded Withholding Tax

Assist in the Preparation of Financial Statements in accordance with BIR and SEC compliance

Provide support in other job-related duties that contribute to operational needs.

Pay: From Php20,237.62 per month
