Accounting Assistant

Family-owned FDA Manufacturer located in Holland, MI. Part Time up to 32 hours per week. Flexible days and hours.

Job Description:
As an accounting assistant, you will receive training and perform a variety of accounting, bank and financial tasks in support of the WelchDry management team and an affiliated company. Tasks may include but are not limited to:

• Accounting: bank reconciliations, accounts receivable and payable, review credit card statements as well as expense reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Banking: ACH initiation, monitor activity and balances
• Data entry: for excel spreadsheets and ad hoc projects based on abilities
• Office duties: in support of office functions in a paperless environment

Helpful Qualifications:

• Microsoft Office - basic Word, Excel, and Outlook knowledge
• QuickBooks experience - bank reconciliations, check printing, accounts receivable and payable
• Prior experience in dealing with the public, on phone and in person

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
