Accounting Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Accounting Staff member to support our daily accounting operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping transactions
• Prepare vouchers and accounting documents
• Process accounts payable
• Update disbursement records and prepare reports
• Monitor and replenish petty cash
• Prepare cash flow schedules
• Monitor supplier invoices
• Maintain proper filing and documentation
• Assist in monthly closing and fixed asset depreciation reports
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Experience with accounting software is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
