Accounting Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support in recording and processing daily accounting transactions.
• Prepare and verify invoices, receipts, vouchers, purchase orders, and other accounting documents.
• Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) or Treasury documents such as liquidation.
• Assist in monitoring customer accounts, payments, collections, and outstanding balances.
• Prepare payment requests and other accounting-related documents.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist with bank and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain accounting schedules, reports, and supporting documents.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Preferably with 1 year of accounting-related experience, but relevant internship experience may be considered.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, AP, AR, and bookkeeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
