Accounting Assistant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide administrative support in recording and processing daily accounting transactions
• Prepare and verify invoices, receipts, vouchers, purchase orders, and other accounting documents
• Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processing
• Assist in monitoring customer accounts, payments, collections, and outstanding balances
• Prepare payment requests and other accounting-related documents
• Prepare and maintain accounting schedules, reports, and supporting documents
• Maintain organized filing of accounting and financial records
• Ensure proper handling and confidentiality of financial information
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by the Accounting Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Preferably with 6 months of accounting-related experience, but fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, AP, AR, and bookkeeping
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to handle confidential financial information
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City

Pay: From Php19,630.00 per month
