Accounting Assistant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy and proper coding.
• Deduct credit memos and bad goods from payments.
• Encode and print Accounts Payable vouchers.
• Receive and verify invoices submitted for processing.
• Release payments and collections.
• Prepare and record BIR Form 2307 for collection dates.
• Perform general office and accounting-related duties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience in accounting or a similar role is an advantage.
• Knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Accurate, detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Trustworthy and maintains confidentiality of financial information.
