Accounting Assistant

• Assist in recording and maintaining accounting transactions and financial records.
• Prepare and organize vouchers, invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable monitoring.
• Verify and reconcile accounting records and supporting documents.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and other account reconciliations.
• Prepare reports and schedules as requested by the Accounting Supervisor/Manager.
• Assist in monitoring collections, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Encode and maintain accurate accounting data in the company system.
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of accounting documents.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding accounting-related concerns.
• Assist during month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Preferably a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA).
• Candidates with a degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or other business-related courses are also encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• With accounting-related experience is an advantage but not required.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City.

Pay: Php19,600.00 - Php20,500.00 per month
