Accounting Assistant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance, or a related field

• Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel

• Familiar with basic bookkeeping and maintaining financial records

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage tasks efficiently

• Strong time-management skills and able to meet deadlines

• Accounting experience from employment, internship, or academic training

• Knowledge of financial statements and reports is a plus

• Fresh graduates with relevant internships or training are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities

• Review accounting records and make necessary corrections

• Maintain accurate, complete, and organized financial documentation

• Assist in reviewing and reconciling subsidiary ledgers

• Monitor and track company expenses and payments

• Support account reconciliation activities

• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
