Accounting Assistant

Accounts / Billing Specialist to manage customer accounts, process adjustments, and handle financial documentation. In this role, you will ensure accuracy in financial postings, verify refund and payment requests, and support efficient transaction workflows, including ticket management and certificate issuance.

Key Responsibilities

• Refund Processing: Review and verify all required documents and vendor requests, and execute system entries for customer and buyer refunds.
• Payment Adjustments: Manage the payment adjustment process, including payment reclassifications and account corrections.
• Account Restructuring: Review, verify, and implement account restructuring agreements.
• Fee Set-Up & Posting: Prepare and post system set-ups for various charges, including Real Property Tax (RPT), reduced penalties, construction bonds, turnover fees, and other miscellaneous fees.
• Penalty & Fee Waivers: Evaluate and process requests for the waiver or reversal of penalties, reduced penalties, and other applicable fees.
• Certifications: Issue official Certificates of Total Payment and related customer account certifications.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in spreadsheet applications (MS Excel/Google Sheets) and accounting/ERP software.

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
