What they need
- Perform daily/monthly/annual accounting tasks as directed by the assigned Accounting Procedures and ADM’s instructions
- Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Assist with preparation of financial and statistical statements and reports
- Check bank accounts and cash balance
- Compile and prepare routine reports and summaries
- Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards
- Keep accounting / tax/ financial documents securely and properly in the designated file/ cabinet/ warehouse
- Report to PM/DPM, ADM/Deputy ADM, Account Manager and any other necessary person timely
- Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions
- Ensure proper and complete documentation and filing for easy retrieval of all accounting related documents
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial data
- Preparation and issuing Invoice/tax invoice to client according to PM, ADM and Account Manager’s instructions
- Prepare and organize invoices from sub-contractors/ venders/ suppliers
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and participating in professional organizations as applicable.
