Accounting Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Assistant to join our team in Quezon City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting functions, BIR tax compliances, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end BIR compliances, tax computations, and regulatory transactions.
• Prepare and process quarterly and annual tax attachments, including SLSP, QAP, and SAWT.
• Manage daily accounting tasks, record-keeping, and financial reconciliations.
• Maintain organized filing systems for audit readiness and internal checks.
• Collaborate with team members to support overall financial and reporting requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any related course.

• Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in accounting, taxation, and BIR compliances.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Hands-on knowledge and experience with BIR transactions, SLSP, QAP, and SAWT.

• Soft Skills: Highly organized, keen to details, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Availability: Must be able to start immediately.

• Work Setup: 100% On-site / In-person.
