- Process and verify vehicle sales documents and VSAs
- Monitor payments, billing, and financing transactions
- Coordinate vehicle release requirements with Sales, Finance, Treasury, and other departments
- Maintain accurate records and assist with reconciliation and reports
About you
- Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Business, or related course
- With accounting/billing experience; automotive dealership experience is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in MS Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
