Accounting Assistant

• Prepare and maintain all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, and corporate accounts payable files
• Prepare the Financial Statements
• Ensure timely payment of invoices, maintaining accurate records and control reports
• Assist in monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
• Regular reconciliation of bank accounts, and sales and expense reports
• Manage payroll function to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
• Create and update expense reports
• Process reimbursement forms
• Prepare bank deposits
• Assist with audit preparation
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance or any related course
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
• Can work independently
• Being a CPA is an advantage
• Strong financial and accounting knowledge, with the ability to prepare financial statements and manage accounts
• Experience in payroll and benefits administration
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player
• Organized and keen to details
• Monday to Saturday schedule
• Can start asap

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
