ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Milight Partners Asia Pacific Inc. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our growing team in Makati City.

📍 JOB DETAILS

Location: Makati City, Metro Manila
Employment: Full-Time

💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle daily bookkeeping and accounting transactions
• Prepare bank and account reconciliations
• Assist with BIR tax returns and compliance requirements
• Prepare supporting schedules and documentation
• Assist with payroll and statutory contributions
• Support SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG remittances
• Assist with SEC, LGU, and other government filings
• Prepare documents and schedules for audits
• Maintain accurate accounting records and compliance trackers
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team

🎓 QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, Financial Management, or related field
• At least 2 year of accounting experience, preferably in a CPA firm, audit firm, or outsourced accounting environment
• Familiarity with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines

⭐ ADVANTAGE IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software
• Experience handling multiple clients or entities
• Experience with Japanese-affiliated or foreign-invested companies
• JLPT N5–N4 or higher
