What they need
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledgeable in accounting principles and their practical application.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience with an accounting system is an advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, reliable with a high level of initiative.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Prepare payment vouchers, including but not limited to monthly selling and administrative expenses.
- Prepare journal entries.
- Process cash advances and revolving-fund replenishments, and follow up liquidations. Conduct asset inventory.
- File all related documents.
- Comply with the Company's ISO policy, objectives, rules and regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,650.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
