The country’s leading manufacturer of coconut products is URGENTLY in need of an ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT for its affiliate company with the following qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or its equivalent
- Preferably with about 1 year working experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Willing to do occasional field work
- Willing to work in Ortigas area
- Must be able to multi-task
Job Description Overview:
- Processing supplier invoices
- Review and checking of accounts and perform account reconciliations
- Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation
- Prepare and file tax return and other regulatory remittances
- Assisting in complying yearly audit requirements
- Prepare adjusting/closing entries
- Perform annual inventory count
- Perform other tasks as may be required or assigned
