Accounting Assistant

Brief Description of the Role

The Branch Accounting Assistant supports the Accounting Department by performing various clerical and administrative tasks. These include processing and recording financial transactions, preparing accounting reports, communicating with clients and vendors, maintaining files, and assisting with other duties as needed.

Job Description

• Perform accounts receivable tasks.
• Perform accounts payable tasks.
• Handle treasury-related tasks.
• Monitor the performance of liaison staff.
• Assist in overseeing security service performance.
• Assist in monitoring administrative and utility personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in computer applications and bookkeeping software, with strong typing skills.
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
• Familiarity with financial regulations.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to detect numerical errors.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Trustworthy and reliable.

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php14,000.00 per hour
