Accounting Assistant / Bookkeeper

Mr. Kitchen Home Design is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant / Bookkeeper to handle day-to-day accounting tasks and support our financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP)
• Process payroll and employee paychecks
• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping
• Enter and categorize transactions in QuickBooks
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, receipts, and payment records
• Track customer balances and follow up on outstanding payments
• Enter vendor bills and schedule payments
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting documentation
• Assist with monthly financial reporting
• Work with management and the company accountant/CPA as needed

Requirements:

• Experience with QuickBooks
• Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Bookkeeping experience
• Payroll experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organizational skills
• Comfortable working with Excel and financial records
• Reliable and able to handle confidential information

Pay: $43,000.00 - $46,800.00 per year
